Do you need a blood test before your script?

Please make sure that if our GP or Nurse had recommended you to have a blood test at your last visit, you have done it 3-5days before you request this script, so that we have all the results when processing your script. This is only needed if you were specifically advised to do a blood or urine test before.

If you have lost your blood test form - these are all electronic and you just need to rock up at the Pathlab and tell them your name.
